Camp 1 – „In the Wind“ at Ndutu

Travel period: December – February
Stars and savannah

Located in Southern Serengeti, our mobile Ndutu camp offers some of the best opportunities to photograph the wildebeest calving season. With up to 500,000 newborn wildebeest, this is a prime time for dramatic predator-prey interactions featuring cheetahs, lions, hyenas, and leopard


  • - Off-road driving permitted, allowing for close-up shots of wildlife.
  • - Golden light and short grass plains create ideal conditions for breathtaking images.
  • - Large cheetah population and incredible predator activity.

Camp 2 – „The Singing Grass“ at Moru

Travel period: May – July

Set in the Central Serengeti, our Moru camp is the best location to photograph the Great Migration in the early dry season. The landscape features stunning Moru Kopjes, home to black rhinos, big cats, and elephants.


  • - Diverse landscapes, including rivers, plains, and acacia woodlands.
  • - Lions and leopards thrive here, offering great opportunities for dramatic action shots.
  • - Best time to photograph the migration herds on open plains before they move north.

Camp 3 – „In the Wind“ at Kogatende

Travel Period: May – November

This camp, located in Northern Serengeti, is ideal for capturing the dramatic Mara River crossings, where thousands of wildebeest and zebra brave crocodile-infested waters.


  • - Close access to multiple river crossing points, increasing the chance of witnessing thrilling action.
  • - Large lion prides, leopards, and cheetahs hunt near the riverbanks.
  • - Perfect for stunning migration shots with dramatic landscapes.
